We accept most insurance plans such as Anthem-PPO and Healthkeepers HMO, Aetna/US Healthcare, CIGNA, Humana Gold, Medicare, Medicaid, Multiplan, NRECA, Southern Health, United Healthcare Network and Workers Compensation. If your insurance plan is not listed, please contact your carrier to confirm participating status and be sure to ask your carrier to check under Advanced Orthopaedic Centers as Ortho On-Call is a division of AOC.

If your injury/condition can be treated completely within your visit then you will be given instructions and directions for any care or attention that may be needed. If extended care is needed then follow-up care with a specialist will be arranged for a later date.
